Faster restores of stored copies on wake

A sandbox paused for more than an hour wakes from its stored copy. That restore now downloads the memory, device state and disk in parallel, with up to 32 concurrent reads, instead of one part at a time with 8. Previously a wake of a sandbox with 9 GB of memory and disk could stay in starting for close to a minute.
