Runtime changelog, 25 October 2026
What shipped in Runtime Cloud on 25 October 2026: a fork's copies start on another server when the source's is full; and secrets list in pages.
A fork's copies start on another server when the source's is full
A fork used to start its copies only on its source's server, and answered no_capacity when that server had no room, even after pausing the source and taking its snapshot. Now its snapshot is copied to a server with room and the copies start there, as a create from a kept snapshot already did. And a time limit (timeoutSeconds) set on a sandbox that is still starting or waking is taken at once, rather than answered busy.
Secrets list in pages
runtime_secrets action list takes limit (1 to 100) and after, as its MCP schema said it did; so do GET /v1/egress-secrets (its answer's next is the next page's after), every SDK's secrets.list and runtime secrets ls --limit --after. The runtime_secrets tool now names which action takes each field, and a field sent to the wrong action says which one takes it.
