Turn an App's CDN off (private beta)

Cloudflare's CDN sits in front of every App's and Function's addresses by default, with no separate fee. Set cdn to false when you create or update one (--cdn off in the CLI, cdn in the API, MCP tools and every SDK) to send visitors straight to Runtime's routers, with nothing cached.
