MCP sandbox switch and resize refusals say what to do

Through MCP, switching a sandbox's image while asking to keep more than /workspace again says what a switch keeps and how to keep everything (snapshot first), and a resize sent without a restart says that a resize always restarts, instead of naming only the field. See MCP.
