Apps, Functions and Builds in the Go, Ruby and Java SDKs (private beta)

Go 0.7.0 (client.Apps, client.Functions, client.Builds), Ruby 0.6.0 (client.apps, client.functions, client.builds) and Java 0.6.0 (apps(), functions(), builds()) carry every method the TypeScript SDK has: create, deploy from an image or a build and wait for it, roll back, versions and copies; builds of a connected repository with their log, followed as it is written. Each can also ask for the link that installs Runtime's GitHub App, so private repositories build. Outside the beta these calls are refused with product_in_beta.
