Keep-alive ends when its sandbox is deleted

In every SDK, a sandbox's keep-alive (keepAlive, keep_alive, KeepAlive) now ends at the first answer that the sandbox is gone, as when it was deleted by id from another handle or another process. Before, it went on reading the deleted sandbox once a minute for as long as the program ran.
