Images start where their base says

A Dockerfile stage FROM an image now starts in that image's WORKDIR, as its USER, with its CMD and ENTRYPOINT, as on Docker: FROM golang builds in /go. An image built from {image: "redis:7"} starts redis. See Custom images.
