These are the companies that process data for Runtime LLC in order to provide the Services. The Data Processing Addendum explains how this list changes: we update this page before a new subprocessor starts handling customer data, and the date at the foot of the page shows the last change.

Support is answered first by an AI agent, which a person can take over. In a conversation you start, it reads your organization's account (resources, operations and errors, usage, billing and notices) to help you, and it looks inside a sandbox only after you approve that. The AI Gateway sends the conversation and what the agent read for it to whichever of the four model hosts is available, and to no host outside the United States.
Sandbox execution and its local disks and memory use OVHcloud US. The output of scheduled jobs and the secrets you store, which are sealed, are kept in the database.

This addition does not state that B2 already holds customer data. Before it starts processing customer data, we will publish the change here. The service's recovery status will report whether captures are enabled. Recovery records and receipts remain in our database; repository encryption keys are held separately from customer access.
