Code interpreter cells and terminals show in a sandbox's commands

A sandbox driven only by E2B's runCode / run_code listed no commands at all. Each cell is now kept as its language (python-cell · exit 1 · 2 s for a cell that raised), and a terminal as its shell; never the code or what is typed. See observability.
