Stricter checks on new email sign-ups

A sign-up code is not sent to an address at a domain registered less than 90 days ago, or to a fourth new address at the same domain within a day, unless the domain is a major email provider. Addresses that already have an account are not affected. Sign up with Google, or ask a teammate to invite you.
