Runtime for Startups gives a startup pot

An accepted startup gets 10,000 startup hours, each an hour of a 2 vCPU, 4 GB sandbox, given once and used within 12 months, with 100 GB of saved copies and 100 GB of volumes kept free each month for those 12 months, 8 image builds at once, 100 sandboxes at once (up to 1,000 on request), and every paid feature.
