More E2B code runs unchanged on withruntime/e2b

In the JavaScript SDK 0.11.2 and the Python SDK 0.11.1, a hundred commands at once run at once, kill() deletes the sandbox, a template name resolves with its team and tag, commands.list gives cmd and args, file entries carry permissions and owners, paths under /home/user come back as E2B gives them, and in Python every module path e2b 2.52.1 defines a public name in imports.
